I cannot over describe how brand new this motor home truly is, inside and out, like most people they buy these and they are all excited and then they just dont use them near as much as they thought they would, as was the case with this one, it has been covered its entire life, i dont think they have ever even turned the stove or oven on, this is extremly low miles for this year model, it is sitting on a great set of Michelin tires, they traded it in on a new car because they just wernt using it enough, i am not a motor home guy so i am probably not going to be able to give you enough information because i dont know much about these, i have all of the paperwork from when they bought it new, it listed new for $120,005.00, i have all the books and manuals that came with it new, i have tons of keys, i even have were it listed new for $120,005.00. and to be able to find a one owner, with this low of miles, "like new" condition, with all these extra's, this nice, this clean, this cheap is a deal, and keep in mind i dont charge anything extra, no doc or dealer fee's, nothing!
